I stayed in a a Club room, which was great. Club lounge was crowded during cocktail hours from 18:00 to 20:00, but one or two tables was always available. Decent spread of food, including hot chicken, sandwiches, cheese etc. Attentive waiters serving the tables with wine, beer and spirits. I had a minor issue with the room, and made a call noticing the front desk. Assistant manager of rooms, Glenda, promptly responded with sincere apologies, and even offered a free lunch (marvelous lobster roll from Fishermans Clove), a bottle of sparkling wine delivered to my room, a box of wonderful macaroons, late check-out and free transport to the airport. I am so impressed - what a wonderful service! Besides all this, Glenda was so nice talking to and she even showed up to wish me a safe flight on departure. Treated like this, I felt I was being taken care of in the most wonderful way. Hilton is lucky having this outstanding manager as part of their team (if she moves to another hotel brand, I will follow).
(Tip: During my previous visit I stayed in a Tasi room (the “hotel inside the hotel”), but these rooms are not any better than the club rooms at Premium Tower, besides some of them (not all) have a better sea view.)
