Chosen since it was close to the train station, however the airport express train went to a different station, so a taxi was needed. Only one person in checkin, and all the automated screens were out of service. The person was friendly and efficient but systems slow. For the same reason we were unable to get a second quilt and pillow for the room, which we needed. The line was too long, the speed too slow and the night too short to reach the receptionist who eventually was supposed to get us a quilt, but never got time for it. Staff up the hotel, that way guests in the co-located bare can also get service. Again, the person was really friendly, helpful and efficient, but the manning and systems are a management issue.
