Awful service!
When we arrived, the room had broken air conditioning, so the Host sent us to the neighboring B&B called Mia BB for 2 nights. There, the service was great, the host/owner was very nice and helpful. After the second night we had to move back to the Gattopardo, but the other room was not ready. Even though the host told us that we could go in to leave our luggage, the cleaning lady was very impatient and didn't want us to enter the room. We had a baby and we needed to change her so we just needed to use a corner of the bed to change her but no, she chased us out of the room!!! There was no available sitting places in the lobby and no common bathroom. Another kind guest offered us their room so we could change the baby's diaper. This incident was not alone.
The morning we were leaving, we needed the little hotel kitchen to use the microwave to sterilize the bottles and boil the water for the milk which we did without any issues the day before. The kitchen is closed during the night so we had to wait until morning, but the cleaning lady which is supposed to prepare our breakfast at 8 a.m (we had to leave at 9 a.m to reach our flight) came 30 minutes late and of course didn't allow us to use the kitchen. I asked to just use the microwave but she claimed it was broken even though I used it the day before. At the end, Mia BB’s allowed us to prepare what we needed in theri kitchen.
Our negative experience is mainly due to the bad service of this cleaning lady
