This is a Marriott property that doesn’t have the basic level of service when it comes to hotels. They don’t clean the rooms unless you inform them one day in advance, which I did and they didn’t bother to clean it, claiming that this is for “sustainability” reasons which is not true, it is just to save money. On the other hand they are pushy and doing whatever possible to force the guests to subscribe to their remarks program. For instance they will not accept to put what you consume on your room bill even if you provide your credit card, unless you are a “Bonvoy memeber” which is a cheap trick in my opinion. Staff don’t smile (not all of them of course) and they treat the guest as if they are doing them a favor. Epic fail if I may say.
