I made some mistakes making the booking the night before arrival. They could easily have ignored it as I had already paid for a night I wasn't even there. For all they knew, I was just another no-show. But no, they had proactively made substantial efforts trying to reimburse me for the bad booking although they did not know if I'd ever show up. Fantastic service, in other words. The good thing is that this is representative of the service in general. By the way, the room I had was great with its own tv-area and a nice balcony. Also, the breakfast was good and included, AND, the wifi was free. In comparison, the next hotel I stayed at charged me 18 euros for 24 hours of wifi. I will be back, no doubt.
