The room is quite small, and at least mine had very little light: only a glass door to a balcony, which however, as I found out, was shared with the room next door. They should have informed about that. Other light came from several small sources, and quite a task to turn them all out with different switches. The room, and especially bathroom, is somewhat dated (and small), but clean. Breakfast is ok for the sweet tooth (croissants etc), but very poor on bread and poor on cold cuts. Nothing warm: no bacon, omelette etc.
The main advantage of this hotel is its location, 5 minutes from Cadorna station and 10 from Duomo. Rooms fronting the street will be noisy due to traffic and tram on Corsa Magenta.
The other main negative thing is the one of the receptionist, the male one with glasses. He was extremely arrogant and absolutely not interested in helping. Simply not pleasant. Even asking for a receipt caused irritation on his side, and the same when asking for a supermarket close. He tried to put on some kind of smile, but it mostly told you to stop asking and go away. I have rarely experienced such arrogance and passive aggressiveness. If you dont mind such, then the hotel is fine for a short stay, given the location.
