Horrible, do NOT stay here
Hotel is set to be lovely, but was under construction we went. Every morning we were woken up by the sound of construction noise on the adjacent room.
We were charged a resort fee for use of the resort facilities each day, but to the construction, none of the facilities are available to be used. There was no refund of the resort fee due to thisor acknowledgment of this with staff.
To make matters worse, they double charged us. I had paid for everything except for a $100 property fee with the Hotels.com app in advance, and yet the hotel insists that we still owe them for the first night of our stay. Due to this, we are double charged and staff refuses to correct the issue. We had to contact our credit card company for a dispute and refund.
The on-site bar and restaurant was closed before 8 PM, and advertised pool bar not available due to the construction. Food and beverages were terrible. Service was just OK at restaurant. After this experience, we did not use the hotel restaurant again.
Would not recommend, do not stay here.
