We arrived the hotel for a prepaid room. Then, as we must judge, the room was given to someone else (based on earlier email from hotels.com, asking how the check-in was). We were then sent to a sister-hotel further away from the railway where we were going to take a train in the morning. So long, a bit annoying, but not too bad. However, it turns out the sister hotel, IH Hotels Gioia, was situated beside a music festival with loud music until 04:00 the next day, giving us 2 hours of sleep before getting up at 06:00. All in all, a very bad experience, in practice destroying a significant part of our Italy holiday. We hope to get our payment refunded and that we get a compensation! Awaiting answer from hotels.com or IH hotels.
