The receptionist greeted us almost as if we were regulars coming back yet again to this friendly inn - we felt really welcome. We were there right before New Years, so we were a bit worried that it might be really cold in the rooms, but that proved not to be a problem. The cozy patio restaurant had heating lamps (and winter roofs), that also heated the corridors of the hotel in the second floor. Even though the rooms overlooked the patios, it was nicely quiet at night. The included breakfast was good, for Spanish standard (they hardly have breakfast themselves). The only downside to the place was the beds - pretty thin mattresses and pillows. The thin pillows seem to be the norm even in more fancy hotels in Spain, so if you like 'em more full like me, you might want to bring your own. The location of the place is really good - it's right outside the Wonder of the Cathedral-Mosque, which means right smack in the center of the UNESCO-preserved medieval town. Still it wasn't crowded or stressed, although this probably has something to do with the fact that it was winter.
