The room was a bit smaller than I expected, but other than that, there wasn’t much to complain about. The location in Akihabara was perfect—close to shops and restaurants, the world's best ramen in Kanda, and, most importantly, both a train line and a metro were literally in the hotel's basement. Perfect for getting around in Tokyo.
We liked the arrangement where we could opt out of cleaning and simply receive fresh towels and water bottles in a bag outside the door. We also just left the bag with trash outside. We are among those who feel the need to tidy up the hotel room every morning before heading out, but this way, we didn’t have to! :)
