We have never experienced such headache ,stress ,lies and inconsistencies in any Hotel . Terrible customer service filled with lies and cover ups . Refusal to change rooms and lied to about getting our upgrade money back after finally Charging rooms , being recorded on phone call without our consent while trying to Get help in our situation, and now zero response no matter who we contact to Get our money, its 3 months after we were promised to Get our money back at check out ,still nothing. Even with written communication ,we were still blamed for everything .Never again .
