Location is superb (although we were taken to the wrong hotel twice during our three day stay in Bangkok when we presented the adress of this hotel to taxi drivers).
Rooms are ok, and very clean. The AC doesn't work in all the the rooms, we had to switch rooms twice because of this. It's quiet noisy since the hotel lies directly on Sukhumvit Road, one of the main roads in the city centre. But hey, it's Bangkok, you can use earplugs!
Conveniently located close to the SkyTrain and loads of bars and restaurant just outside the hotel door.
Lovely piccolo who really took care of us during our stay, and practical with a 7/11 and an ATM machine on the ground floor.
Only negative thing about this hotel is the breakfast. Stale coffee, strange, tasteless ham lying in water, dry toast bread and toaster not functioning, no cheese etc. etc- We didn't have it included in the room price, so had to pay appr. 8 $ for it. Not too expensive, but for the poor quality it had, and considering the restaurant prices in general in Bangkok, I would definitely have my breakfast elsewhere. Plenty of restaurants and fast food chains outside with far better options for breakfast.
