We booked a doubleroom, but were given a large treble room. The room was very spacious and the chambermaids did an excellent job with the cleaning. The hotel is conveniently located in walking distance to the old town, and right beside a busy tramline. The trams run frequently both day and night and makes the front-facing rooms quite noisy. We asked for a quiet room, but had no such luck. The hotel didn't seem very busy at our time of arrival, though. The front desk staff is helpful, but not overly attentive or knowledgable. We ended up using the tourist information centre instead. We were most disappointed by the breakfast. There is a small buffet, however not very fresh or inviting, and with very little variation from day to day. The breakfast seemed to be put out in the morning, and were both soggy and sweaty by ten o'clock. The scrambled eggs looked like a soupy mush and canned fruit and limonade (instead of proper juice) is less than you expect in this modern day and age. The hotel has an on site restaurant, and we had an ok and inexpenisve meal there.
