Hotel kept charging me for the room even tho I had already paid it caused my card to be flagged as fraud charges. Could never get any answers on why. The manager I was promised would be in to talk to me. I waited and was told he was on his way and be there 5 min. Soon as he got there he went straight to a meeting I was told and it would take all day before I could talk to him about these fraudulent charges that now had left me stranded with no access to my money. He knew I had to check out by 11. Not professional at all. Even made me wonder if he is doing this to customers to pocket the money. I ended up leaving with no answer and unsure about all the money that was taken. Will update after this is all sorted out
