The hotel has a great location, just a short walk to st. Stephens green and temple bar. There is quite a loud club across the street, so there is some streetnoise at night. There is also a kindergarten type thing in the back of it, and if your room is in the back, it will sound like the children are in your room from around 9 till 5, even during the summer. The rooms are a good size, but dirty and quite run down. The breakfast was a disappointment, dry bread, cheese was on the rind, so everyone sliced their own cheese. Not very hygienic. Be prepared for stairs, the ceilings are high, and the stairs are therefore also quite long. We were on the 3rd floor, and we struggled after been shopping all day. All in all, the hotel is just ok, but not really worth the price.
