I stayed three nights here last week, and is really disappointed. The bed was really uncomfortable and I did not sleep much for three nights. I think the mattress was actually broken, and I asked the hotel to replace it (or change room). They promised to look into it, but nothing happened. Basically, the mattress was broken in the middle, so that it was extremely soft in the middle, but hard at the sides and at both ends. That made it impossible to sleep on the side or the stomach. I think it is unacceptable to rent out hotel rooms with broken mattresses (and charge full price), and then not do anything when I ask them to fix the problem. After all, the bed is the most important thing in a hotel. The area is nice, but there are plenty of other hotels in the area which is better, so no need to choose this hotel. Moreover, the staff were not very helpful and whatever I asked seemed to be difficult for them to help with. For example, the last evening before I needed to leave for Narita airport (next morning), I asked them if they could help me check the times to get there by train. I knew the route but wanted to know when I needed to wake up and what time to get out. This was difficult for them, and they were not able to help me with this simple request (other hotels in the area has helped me with this in previous occasions, so I know it is possible). Conclusion - I will never stay at this hotel again.
