the maintenance is below average. The lift doesn’t work at some floors, and our door was out of battery so We could not access to the room with the key. There was DJ in the bar and if you are not lucky to be allocated a room facing to patio side, you would suffer the noise till 1 am everyday. but great location to paris north and east station.

Staff were super accommodating and did everything they could to make the stay as easy as possible. From providing an early check in to helping me when my phone was stolen on the streets of Paris.
