We had a wonderful night at the Villa Tower Inn. First and foremost I would like to commend the staff for being uniquely helpful to an extent that rivals even Thai customer service. Anything from food, room service and parking to even local guiding - they were ready and willing 24/7.
The room was beautifully furnished, very clean and had the most comfortable bed we encountered during our two weeks in Italy. The bathroom was maybe a bit small for a suite, but not to an extent that soured our stay at all.
The leaning tower was only about 2 minutes away by foot, as well as the tourist market where you can buy all the souvenirs you can carry.
The only reason I didn't give our stay a full score was that the room was somewhat oddly utilized. Normally the difference between a standard room and a suite is that the bedroom is separate from the living room/entrance, and maybe with a somewhat larger bathroom. Our suite had a fairly small bath, and a somewhat odd second room with what I can only describe as a second bed that was outfitted to look like a sort of super deep couch-thing. Not quite a divan, not quite a sofa either. Although the bed-couch-thing was nice to put our luggage on top of, it wasn't really necessary. As such we would have been better off saving the money for the suite upgrade and getting a standard room instead.
All in all I can only give Villa Tower Inn the highest of recommendations. You will not regret staying here.
