We never received the message to be able to check in. We messaged the host many times through many different means with no response until after 5 pm and we had been stuck frantically looking for a place to stay. After we found another place for the two nights, the host reached out with the information for access. When I explained the situation and requested a refund, they refused to refund but one day as “you can stay the last night in the property if you wish,” as if I would have had any idea upfront that they were ever going to respond. They continued to refuse to refund the last night. Numa’s process is too unpredictable and risky. I would avoid it.
