We loved our stay, and thought it was great value for money - one exception: terrible WiFi conditions. The staff told us they were aware of this, and that they would take measures to improve the situation. However, we were not on bussiness, and so we decided to not let it bother us too much. And this is a three-star hotel, a little worse for wear, but which nevertheless strives to deliver four star service. All our request were met (e.g. when the breakfast buffet did not offer any eggs, they whipped them up no time-no charge), they offered good advice on hiking trips and were always accomodating and friendly.
