Good price and Central location
We were four people sharing a single room.
The apartment is very centrally located not far from main street and the bus stop Stadiona. We never felt unsafe even when came home late at night.
Large spaciious rooms with a kitchen. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. We feel welcome and safe during our stay.
The down side was the beds. They were really hard and springy making it hard to sleep comfortably. Prior to that 3 people shared a single bed. We ended up buying an inflatable bed and had one sleep on that instead. Not to mention the sleeping couch that made a noise when moving sides.
The bathroom equipment needs to be changed too: The watertap was difficult to turn on so we ended up splashing water everywhere each time we were using it, since we had to exert so much force turning it on before we could readjust the water speed. The shower holder was limp too.
The cleaning lady didn't clean the rooms properly either, as the floor was covered in sand after her visits. Therefore many times we refused her to clean the rooms.
