Alright stay
Booked based on reviews and lack of better options. Location is good. You can see Mekong while having your breakfast. You can walk straight up to the main street with all the restaurants. If you however prefer cheaper food from all the food stalls, you might be better off around the other end of the main street. The service was good. Breakfast was okay (you had to order from a menu). The fruit was the best. The A/C was good and silent. The hotel's small dog was cute and funny. I would recommend renting a motorbike through the hotel (good price and no problems). Internet was frustrating. Signal quality was low and one of the WiFi routers kept losing Internet and had to be reset. The TV itself was good, but the signals were really poor. We didn't care about that though (weren't there to watch TV). The room could be cleaner, for instance around the windows and the TV. Also they didn't change the towel on the floor of the bathroom during our whole stay. The shower drain was clogged so we had to stand in water. At times during the day it was very noisy from rooms above (especially when someone was showering). They washed our clothes and unfortunately three of my girlfriend's white tops where discolored.
