Not as good as before
I was at this hotel 3 years ago and had an amazing experience. Unfortunately this time the standard was not as excellent as back then, still ok. The check-in staff was a bit confused and it seemed like they gave away my room to someone else, but she managed to get me a room on the ground floor after some time… The staff at check in didn’t seem particularly focused or welcoming . The room was very clean but needed maybe a little update . We used the Turkish bath facility but also that didn’t work very well. It never got steamy. It didn’t work at all I would say. Maybe it needs to be fixed or the staff didn’t know how to turn it on? Breakfast was very nice. The swimming pool was ok but also maybe needed some little maintenance or cleaning. Luckily the guy at the reception when we checked out seemed much nicer, he apologized for the inconvenience and gave us the wine ( after I reminded him we had not received it as part of the Silver benefits).

Got, again 3 years ago it was SO much better .
