My visit to Pittsburgh
I normally dont complain but unfortunately our stay was dampered by some of the condition of the room. Our ice bucket had trash in it.The shower pan had debris or dirt flakes in it. When the cleaning person cleaned the room , we had put towels in the floor for new towels..they left new towels but the old wet towels were left in same place..our bed wasnt made..trash bags left for us to put in trash can...the shower had no hot water both days and just luke warm...the breakfast was disappointing as i couldnt get a hot meal because the preparer couldnt keep up with the demand for eggs and bacon and no biscuits do i ate a tiny bagel and left for the day. Probably wont stay at this facility again.

Nice hotel with clean room and good breakfast. One thing I don't understand is why there was a $20 charge for incidentals upon check-in that is still a pending charge on my account a week after our stay. We didn't have any incidental charges.
