For a relatively small hotel facility that takes pride in being an honorary Walt Disney World neighbor, I can say overall that Fairfield Inn and Suites Orlando Kissimmee Celebration was a decent stay.
To sing the strongest strengths first, the hotel did an above average job of maintaining a clean environment in nearly all areas I explored. From the lobby and the restrooms to my own room, it was clear this hotel was committed to ensuring their guests' stay was sanitary as can be.
In addition, the diverse spread of free breakfast they offered was to die for. And by to die for, I mean actually getting to make an authentic Mickey Mouse Waffle by pouring waffle batter into a Mickey Mouse shaped waffle maker by myself! You can't call yourself a Disney neighbor without basing it all on the mouse in the house! But yes, including DIY waffles, they also had cereal, oatmeal, muffins, fruits, milk, orange juice, apple juice, and cucumber-infused water just to name a few.
However, there were a few problems during my stay. The most glaring was when it took a long time for the receptionist to check me in because the staff was still cleaning my room by the time we arrived earlier and had to wait at least half an hour past the expected arrival time. Thankfully, they managed to resolve the issue by giving my family and I two rooms in a way that would guarantee my father would get his credit back after spending extra on the second room.
Otherwise, the room hallways were too humid.
