Unfortunately, personnel smiles are rare in this hotel. During breakfast, I wasn't greeted, nor offered any coffee or tea (there was no coffee machine in the breakfast room, only a coffee machine in the main hall, where I went after having waited for 15 minutes)
This is the type of hotel that has soap/shampoo containers attached to the wall in the bathroom/shower, instead of small disposable bottles. I don't really like this "environment-awareness"; to me it seems being about saving money rather than preserving the environment.
There was instant coffee and tea in the room; I used both coffee's the first day, and housekeeping didn't put new ones. I asked the reception, and they said they only refill every 3 days, so if I want coffee, I must go to the main hall on ground floor (my room was on 4th floor)
The hotel is nice, the rooms are reasonable. Not spacious, but definitely not cramped either; the available space is used smart with a customized closet shape. But the service could really be improved, starting with a simple greeting and a smile.
