When I went to the hotel around 4pm the counter girl said that they have no booking and wanted me to pay for a room. I had to call my agent in london to check on this matter. But only managed to get hold of him after 3 hours due to the time diffrence. he manged to call Expedia and also the agent emailed the confirmation from Expedia to the hotel. eventually she said ok the room is confirmed. after 1 one while I was in the shower there was a power cut. This happen only in 2 rooms my one being one.
then they offered anpther room which I had to move into arpund 8pm. Then after and hour or so, power was down again and they didnt even offer any candles. I left the hotel in the morning. Hence I wish to get the refund for the 2 nights ASAP.
