Staff was very friendly and tried their best to accomodate requests. There were always atleast 1 there with good english skills.
The hotel was clean, had 2 available washers/driers (300-500yen cost, takes 130 minutes). Rooms were petite, but that's to be expected in this pricerange.
If you have booked your stay with breakfast there is a point system where you can grab whatever you want from the lounge. They have a selection of drinks, snacks, food. Nice sitting area with a pooltable.
The gem of this hotel is that it is locsted right between stations for all the major train and metro lines, at most it will take 6 minutes to get to the line you need and from there wherever you wish to go. Akihabara and Ginza is within walking distance. The area is also dotted with places to dine.
The only drawback of the hotel is that you can't have things delivered to your room door, you must always meet the courier in the lobby. Same goes for friends, you can only have visitors in the lobby.
9/10, I would happily choose to stay there again.
