Nice and central hotel with a nice and forthcoming staff working there. Keep in mind that this hotel has a lobby on the 5th floor, so you'll have to ring the bell or use your key card to get in. This is a good thing if you're concerned about security, as you also need a keycard in the elevator to get to your actual floor. However, you might want to notify the hotel in advance if you have to check-in at odd hours.
Our room was super small with dust hanging from the sprinkler pipes but otherwise clean. Bathroom was nice and up to standard and the room had a small safe which is good. The aircon didn't work properly, so we had to sleep with the window open which let in a bit of noise from outside, especially from the nearby church which starts tolling it's bells at 7 in the morning.
Objectively, the room was perhaps not worth paying an average of 450 euros per night for, but as we were staying for the start of Oktoberfest, I guess this is the going rate if you want to stay central.
