The hotel is very newly built and has nice, spacious and stylish rooms (nice bathrooms!). It's reasonably central, close to the station, but a bit off the main areas of interest in the Old Town. The service was also generally very good, I got excellent help with booking the airport shuttle very close to departure.
However a serious flaw revealed itself at checkout, when I was charged internet access in the room (by cable, and with restrictions, so that one could for instance not use Messenger or Spotify) at 9 euros a day, which I find quite outrageous. I was not in any way informed that internet access was not free, and when I pointed that out I was not charged either. Another minus is that there is a buffet breakfast (quite good), but one is not informed of the price in any way. Which I would like to be, even though I knew breakfast was not included.
