We stayed here for two nights mid July. No aircon was not a problem, but the absence of hot dunes combined with noise from the street made the night longer than necessary. The room was a bit dirty, the toilet seat and the shower head were not in proper order. It was major renovations occurring in the hall, making a lot of noise early in the morning. Summarized, the standard of the hotel is more like a youth hostel. The localization is good, close to metro and multicultural and interesting area with a lot of small cafès and specialized shops. It is also one of the cheapest options in Paris. 24h reception. Public guarded parking for cars available 3-4 blocks away.
