Room seemed unfinished. No sofa, no "pillow menu" and the kitchen was really only the minibar (i.e. no micro, no tea boiler etc). The breakfast was the worst in our travels in south america, and they cooked really little of everything, so they were always out of e.g. scrambled eggs, making us wait for 20 minutes for a refill, wich again was emptied in a minute by the 6-7 other guests in line, making us wait again. That, and the fact that we twice fell out of the system, having to argue with the hotel that "yes we checked in yesterday", and "yes we are staying for 5 nights", and "yes we ARE staying here", it still was an ok hotel to that price: quiet, and central. Would I stay there again? Not sure, but there are short walks to many good eateries, to the metro etc.
