It's a modern hotel in the centre of Buenos Aires. The rooms are small, and during winter quite cold. Even with the aircon on 30 degrees it could not heat up the room. We had problems with it constantly shutting of as well. The rooms towards the street on the 1th. floor gets very cold floors since it's open air underneath and they have not insulated well enough.
The rooms are small, but have what you need. The sheets covering the bed is not big enough, so we where more sleeping on the plastic covered mattress then sheets. This is a problem they should fix. The bathroom is good, especially the shower. Excellent pressure in the shower. The cleaning of the rooms where quite late, but that might be an Argentinian things since both my hotels in Buenos Aires where slow.
The staff was not very nice really. We felt we were bothering them when we asked about something. Also when checking in we felt they had better things to do. We asked about a bus to the airport, and they didn't really know where it went from. Finally they told us about a bus going from the train station, which is right, but the bus going 2 blocks from the hotel they didn't mention. They might have an arrangement with the taxis, for you can not take metered taxis from the hotel, just set price, which is much higher then it would be with meter.
The area is central, but busy. Lots of traffic and not that nice to walk around. I would choose another area next time in Buenos Aires.
