The hotel is OK, but it was a couple of things: the lack of a plug in the sink, the toilet brush and curtains almost fell off the wall, and the shower was either too hot or too cold. But the worst experience, was when my 7-year old daughter got sick and woke up in the middle of the night after vomiting in the bed. I went down to the reception and asked where we could carry the laundry, but he kept staring into his computer shaking his head: “Not my problem. If your daughter is sick, your problem. I get sick when I see vomit”. I didn’t ask him to help us to remove the linens. I told him that we couldn’t sleep in this room with the dirty sheets and smell, but he just shook his head “Not my problem, you wash it yourself!”. I asked if we could sleep in another room, but he told me the hotel is full. He was SO arrogant and unhelpful! I said: “You won’t tell me where the laundry room is, and we cannot sleep in a room with the dirty linens: shall I leave everything out in the hallway??” “If you do that, you pay!”. I asked him what we should do, “Not my problem”, he responded. I never yell at people, but found myself yelling that he just had to fix this! Suddenly the hotel wasn’t full after all, and he found a spare room. It would be smarter to let us remove the linens right away, now it was left soaking into the mattress through the night. I have never experienced worse service and a more arrogant man! We are very sorry that our daughter “chose” to get sick at your hotel..!
