Great hotell we would stay again!
We had a great time at Panacea Hotel.
We felt very welcome as soon as we walked in to the reception.
We had a Deluxe Suite, with 2 Bedrooms. Great value for the money!
Complimentary water and a fruitbasket was provided at arrival.
It was bigger than we expected, clean and modern with everything you need, complete kitchen, high chair for the baby.
AC in both bedrooms and livingroom.
Big balcony, great place to relaxe.
Outside is a well maintained garden and two great pools, might have been more sunbeds around the pool or on the deck at the small pool.
There is a smart folder with all you need to know inn the room, and the you can order takeaway food to the apartment from www.tomato.mx so you kind of have roomservice :D
The hotell is abit away from the centrum of tulum and the beach, 5 min with car to town and 10-15 to the beach.
The only thing's we did not like was that the walkways around and edges around the pool get's crazy slippery when wet, could be dangerous for kids playing.
Bathrooms need blinders/curtains felt the neighbours
could look right inn.
The area did feel abit unsafe, because all the new buildings had high fences and electrical fences, broken glass on topp of the fence. however its probably just as safe as anywhere in Tulum, just more security, but we haven't seen this other places.
