Everything was good when I first stayed at The Avani, The front staff was friendly and took notes of my complaints and tried to give me better beds which was the biggest problem a sore back, cause advertised as a king's bed, but it was only 2 old single beds put together. But when I became regular of that place, I was put in rooms that always had trouble with TV connection and worse were air control and heater problems which I had to wait for about 2 hours of my time to wait for them to fix. On my last check on 16 Oct. It was 10 am. on the dot, room phone didn't stop ringing and when I checked with reception, as to why she kept calling is it to chase me out? She answered, "she's only trying to ask me if I wanted to extend my stay". I saw the GM Antony and asked why it was advertised as King size bed but it was only 2 old single beds put together, why don't just put in a double bed would be better, His answer was, "Too bad, it will never happen".
