Great place to stay, just don't expect service!
We booked a weekend stay on a Friday, with arrival that same Friday. The hotel looked nice and could offer the amenities we needed-perfect!
Service was also given at its best when a receptionist called to have the needed information on payment and to double check requests of transportation and a baby cot as we travelled with a 7 month old baby. She was really nice and made us even more excited about our stay later that day.
As we arrived to the hotel, we bumped into some problems. The receptionist had given us the wrong price for the transfer so we had to pay a lot more for this. We tried to get understanding and help from the receptionist, but he really couldn't care about anything and we had to just pay the driver to not delay check-in even more. The receptionist was terribly rude and was utterly slow in everything. He even interrupted our check-in multiple times and as a result the check-in lastet for 32 minutes! With a 7 month old baby. After too long we demanded to have our room and complete everything the following day, as it was all ready 10 in the evening. He accepted this only when we pre-payed for the total stay and also blamed us for not being thankful as we had apparently been upgraded earlier that day by a colleague of him. The stay was nice, but service was bad. Wrong price on transfer was also given on return.
