The hotel is closely situated near the main train station. Easy 7 minute walk, easy to find and check-in was a breeze. Staff is friendly, helpful and the little touches such as complimentary umbrellas and luggage storage are just so nice. The room was clean and had a cool, almost gothic-esque vibe but definitely not offputting in any way. I would gladly make this hotel my 1st choice if I visit Paris again.

You wouldn’t think much from the outside but our room was beautiful. There was a political protest going on outside when we arrived so we were upgraded to a suite. Our stay was very comfortable and convenient. Would recommend and stay again.

Simply not a 4 Star Hotel
This is not a 4 star hotel at all. Very small room size and basics missing from the room. No mini fridge was shocking so we wouldn't keep cold water or keep baby milk cold. Cheap decor in the room. Cheap hard mattress. Window opened and outside could just see a wall and nothing else. Overpriced for this standard of Hotel even in Paris.

Good location for easy transfer from Eurostar. Hotel was clean and staff very accommodating on arrival. Area around was very noisy and the climate control was impossible to work without instructions, which were not in the room. The staff was amazing and it's very close to the Gard du Nord train station. Even though that the room wasn't ready when I arrived it was OK because I was able to leave my luggage. When I came back I had found out that the staff brought my luggage up to my room. A very nice treat. The area is ideal for walking to a few different hotspots and near the metro. The staff were very helpful in setting up a car service for me to the airport upon my departure. I would highly recommend this place. Good food/drinks, free Wi-Fi, it has an elevator and in the room there was a blow dryer.
