1st we did not get any info in the 24 hours before we arrived as to how to check in. Luckily you provide a phone # to call and that man was VERY helpful in getting us the info, He was not sure if that was their, Expedia or Hotel issue. On arrival we could not use the TV and we had hoped to watch the Olympics in eves. That 1st nite we could not figure out how to turn off one lite (next day I realized I had not tried enuf lite switches) but th ephone person had NO idea what I was talking about. They said they would send maintenance the next morning.Finally noon the next day my husband found a person in the lobby who was able to check our issues. We found the coffee maker was nonfunctional and the promise of a new one from housekeeping never came. Also the TV had some issue he had to figure out and by the
eve TV did work. Then we realized the TV only used live streaming services and so we could not watch NBC for Olympics! We were also dismayed we were in a room with a window but with no view or ability to freshen the room air. Finally the free opening to the Bass museum did not work as Daydrift no longer has an arrangement with them as that apparently expired in the last year. To say we were not happy is an understatement.
