Not exceptional
I reserved one room for my family based on excellent reviews for cleanliness. Upon entering the room I found green fuzz on the floor and dismissed it. That night I found a black hair in the shower that did not belong to my family as we had not used he shower yet. The carpet in the room was buckled in 2 spots. It needed to be stretched. The gym had one stationary bike, one rowing machine, one treadmill, and three medicine balls. There were no weights. When I mentioned the hair in the bath tub I was just stared at by the desk clerk. Nothing was said. I requested the room be cleaned the next morning as we only had one day left, things already planned and no time to find a new hotel. While we were out for the day the hotel emailed us asking if they could deep clean the bathroom? I feel that should have been done already and a request should not have had to be made to me for something that is expected when paying for a room plus $30 plus daily for parking. We will never return to this hotel. Upon check out I was not asked how our stay was. The hotel did not appear busy.
