The hotel was fantastic, the hotel suite was fantastic and the pool areas were lovely! Unfortunately, we experienced several things that were terrible and that we did not think we could see in a 5 star hotel in Las Vegas. Please read on. We were supposed to get prosecco at check-in, which we didn't.The lounge at the Venetian were closed so we had to go to the Palzzo lounge to check in. We were not told about this, We were told by email to check in with Venention a few days before.This must have been known in advance. We had to walk ca.10 minutes, each way, to use the lounge at the Palazzo instead, several times a day. We paid quite a bit extra just for this offer. We were offered to change the suite, but either to a smaller suite, or to a considerably lower floor, which we did not want for oure part of the experience.The faucet on the bathtub fell off.The toilet was constantly clogging. On oure second night, the water was turned off in the apartment, from 12.00 to 05.00, without our having been notified. We then had to use another apartment. We couldn't use the toilet.The water was also gone for another night, then we were notified. We were supposed to get water bottles, which we didn't. Also we experience in the elevator, a terrible ride. It sounded like things were falling down, and hit the top of the ceiling of the elevator. it slammed and shook, dust came out of the lights i elevator- maintenance on the lifts, I o regrets.
