We had a pleasant stay at Aris hotel. What was a little less pleasant was that we found out that we had free breakfast included in our stay. We ate at the Loyd restaurant which belongs to the hotel, but didn't find out about this until our last day. This is because the employee who checked us in did not give us any information other than how to get to our hotel room.
We also did not know that one part of the restaurant was reserved for the hotel's guests. I perceived the employee who stood at breakfast as not very pleasant. During the half hour we sat waiting for food, she never checked to see if anything needed to be refilled. I had to nag her if they had more nutella, more forks, coffee cups and the best of all was that no bread ever came until my roommate was waiting until she went to refill.
There was a splash of some water, milk and juice when I arrived, but this was not refilled either.
the hotel itself is super central, the food is good, but when it comes to service it's a roll of the dice 3
