Less than expected, but not bad
We had a large suite for 4 persons 12d. Rooms with Nice view, spacious but in need of rehabilitation. TV not working, light bulbs should be checked and shifted regularly, AC making noice. Not good routine for maintenance.
Cleaning was ok, but in the evening when we put out the sign, turn down often forgotten.
Pool area nice and clean. Breakfast not very fascinating and always the same.
Service at spa and gym was ok. The gym is small and only opens from 9 in the morning, should be opened earlier.
They did not have pregnancy massage for my girlfriend. The treadmills were not maintaned and were both lagging and noisy but still worked. Need maintenance.
It was very humid and warm In July.
The AC should also have been turned on before we had our scheduled training. We had to turn it on when training and that took some time to be cooled down.
Staff mostly nice, some are super friendly like Armando at the restaurant. He always smiled and is service minded.
Some are less nice and seemed owerworked, bordering rude, should think about having a vacation themselves.
No beach at the hotel. There is one 10 min away walking distance. The beach is sandy with stones. Sun beds 20 euro for two.
The hotel is 10 min away from Parikia. Parking can sometimes be difficult. since the hotel is a bit far from the center you definitely need a car.
The location of the hotel is moderate, driving distance is ok because it was a small island.
Not a 5 star hotel considering everything.
