All in all, the hotel was very mediocre, with a long way to go to its luxury image. The exterior at the pool and the interior in the reception looked well-kept to maintain the impression. However, the room (ironically called a junior suite), though spacious, was extremely basic and stripped down to the absolute necessity level. The carpeted floor never looked really clean. The bathroom was equally basic and looked shabby, with a constant leak on the floor from the shower cabin. Shampoo and shower gel were to observe on the day of check-in only, and were never renewed. They forgot to deliver toilet paper once and clean towels twice (this was sorted out on request in the reception). There was air condition, and free wi-fi functioned well. There was complimentary coffee in the lobby.
The staff was all in all friendly and helpful. The receptionists spoke English well and treated guests in an amicable way. They printed flight tickets on request without any problem. The breakfast was served in a garden pavilion: a standard breakfast tray was brought to each table. The possibility of a late breakfast was a nice thing, but such a limited breakfast serving was pitiful compared to a buffet, and the food provided looked and tasted cheap and poor, like almost everything about this hotel.
The location was not perfect, but still in a walking distance from the beach. The best thing about this hotel was that it was close to the airport and that they offered free transport on request.
