Before the trip we were really excited by the promise of a new, top rated hotel with top service. While the rooms are new and nice there are a few major downsides. The biggest is the handling of requests. While the gent in the lateshift (ENEA) tried his best to explain and support within the given frame, the owner and dayshift person „Alex“ was outright unfriendly. Also the included breakfast was a joke, especially if u aspire luxury. U can preorder in the evening and get the stuff in cardboardboxes to the room. No extras like tea or coffee are possible, You have to live with what the nespresso machine makes, espresso. You are expected to live with the 2 capsules per day. Also no plates, no butter, no Marmelade, really eating from the cardboxes. Also Whirlpool only cold water. We could continue… but time wasted. Value for money not ok.
