Sorry to leave!
Clifton Sands (C.S.) is sort of outside everything apart from one ok restaurant which is right across the street and of coarse the Clifton beach which is about 100m away! This ensures a quiet night and no party notice!
There is a Coles shop in a small shopping mall about 15min walk away from C.S. That's located up on the main road.
The rooms are very spacious and have kitchen with all necessary equipment to make your own dinner and there is a dining area for four people.
There is also a TV lounge and in the separated sleeping room there is a airconditioning. There is also a smaller airconditioning in the living room.
Outside there is a clean pool and some sun beds and an parasol. But I could smell a bad smell sometimes, like a dead animal.
There is also a BBQ area and a leasure area to relax in.
It takes about 20min to walk to the Palm Cove beach with loads of restaurants and shops.
You can either walk on the beach or on a path/board walk along the beach. But stay on the beach and don't go dangling your feet in the small waters as there have been crocodile sightings (large one)!
The owner of C.S. is polite and very helpful with everything that she she can do for you!
I will defenitly stay here again and would not be afraid to bring my sons or friends here.
