Everything was good.
The only thing short of ideal was that some guests were wearing outdoor shoes inside the capsule area against the hotel policy. Although this is not the direct fault of the hotel, the policy should be enforced more rigorously.

I arrived quite late and cold but the staff at the reception who was not doing anything just pointed me to the self check-in machine rather than offering to assist me. I found that very impersonal. Otherwise, apart from a few noisy inconsiderate guests, property is good value for money.

Definitely was a great stay for the price! Bathrooms were super clean and the room was just enough for me and quite cozy too. The night view was great since it’s on the 7th floor. The lobby amenities is good too. Just a quick walk to the shopping area around and lots of food places and restaurants too.
