Several problems, no customer service.
We had several problems.
The link with the key access suddenly stopped working, so we got locked out with our baby quite late at night. We had to wait for them to come from their office, and got no new key before we had to collect it ourselves the next day.
The metal bar over the shower fell down and hurt our sons knee, could have hit the head with severe consequences.
The customer service had very short opening hours, and could not understand simple english very well. Even though I speak some spanish, there were communication problems.
There was no information that we had to basically clean the apartment ourselves before check in. So be ready to clean a lot. There is also only one room service on a full weeks stay.
The rooms are barely sound isolated, we heard crying babies most of the nights.
We asked for a modest compensation for our troubles, but first no answer for several days, and then they answered no compensation at all. Outragous.
