First: The hotel says it has a sauna, well, this sauna is very small and there is only room for two people. And you must climb over other people in there to get a bench. The shower in the sauna room is....actually, there is no shower. Only cold water that comes out of some pipes, almost impossible to wash yourself because you need to constantly push the shower button to get water. Second: The hotel says they have 100% WIFI, that's a laugh, the line is downgraded to 128kbs and is not usable for anything else than newspaper or mailreading. Very sluggish and very slow. You must pay more Euro/day for fullspeed. Third: I stayed for 2 weeks and my bed was changed once during that period, the other days they only made the bed look nice. Fourth: Breakfast was rich and lots to choose from but it is not worth what they charge. Breakfast on the bakery next door give you good food for a third of the price. Fifth: I asume that in germany all hotels have TV's and they all just have german channels. English speaking channels are dubbed.. Useless for us non german people. All in all, a nice hotel at german standard but a very low standard hotel for us who are used to good standard. If only the internet access would have been as promised, then I might have forgotten to be so negative. Service was ok, rooms are ok and clean. Close to center city is very good, walking distance, less than 2 minutes. The room are very quiet, no noise from next door.
