I called 1 month ago for had a baby bed, on the phone I got mentioned that it will be 6€ per night for the baby crib, I confirmed that it was fine by me.
At our check in at 21.00, we arrive I paid the tax of the hotel and for the baby crib, I ask the receptionist if the baby crib was ready, he replied yes.
Arrived in the room, first trash outside our door and coming in the room, no baby crib for my baby who is 7 months.
I go down and tell him we have no baby crib, the receptionist replied that he will come up with it.
30 min later the receptionist come to our room with a junior bed, he told me that this could work for my baby, I replied to him that this is very unsafe since she will fall down.
He told me then that he will call the manager, I went to pick up some dinner outside and then come back to the reception, for get informed that we will not have a baby crib today, but the day after. I ask him but where is my baby going to sleep? He told me that the manager apologized etc…
At the end it’s 22.30 and my baby is sleeping in our luggage where we try to make it as comfortable as possible.
You can imagine the night we got….
At 03.30 in the morning people were screaming in the hall. We could hear everything.
The day after we got to talk to the manager. We are supposed to get back the 6€ per night for the baby crib but have not got anything yet.
